Description:
Elegant home perfect for a family vacation approx 1200 Sq Ft. The beach and Promenade are just around the corner, and 3 blocks away is the nine hole golf course. Kens Market (nice little grocery) and dining are within walking distance as well. The living room has flat screen TV/DVD player, fireplace (presto logs only). The 1st master bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and master bathroom.  The 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed with a full size sleeper sofa, cable TV & DVD player. The 3rd bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle bed, below with TV/DVD player.  The kitchen is fully furnished including dishes, glasses, cookware, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, and of course the dishwasher is a plus. Relax or barbeque on the sunny back deck (propane BBQ).  Precious beach house describes this home to a tee. Completely fenced yard. Hot & cold hose outside to wash sand off feet and pets. Enjoy! Parking for 2 cars.
